Senior Architect - Solution/Software-Java
- Core Role & Expertise: Solution Architect specializing in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and high-throughput, real-time payment processing.
- Standards & Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with ISO 2022 and related messaging standards to design complex, end-to-end real-time messaging frameworks.
- Legacy & Systems Integration: Proven track record of integrating cloud-native solutions with mainframe-based upstream and downstream banking applications.
- Tech Stack & Cloud: Hands-on expertise using the Java Tech Stack deployed on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Domain Track Record: Delivered at least 2–3 large-scale, enterprise banking solutions from concept to implementation.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Direct experience engaging with C-suite and senior business/technical stakeholders, leading architectural sessions, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
- Must Have
• BE/MCA in Computers
• 12+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in architectural/solution designing
• Core Java, Spring,Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, Hibernate, Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, UML
• Extensive experience in the design, planning, and implementation of complex large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams within process-oriented organization.
• Experience in designing Microservices/ Event driven architectures
• Experience in Domain Driven Design
• Involved in at least two project life cycle.
• Must have experienced with XP or TDD
- Nice to have:
• Angular, React.js
• Experience in performance optimization of web/windows app
• Experience in cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
• CI & CD, Docker, Code Deployment tools(TeamCity/Jenkins/CodePipeline)
• Security implementation for web/windows applications
