Role SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Sitecore Solution Architect who is a current Sitecore Technology MVP (minimum 2–3 MVP awards). The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across the modern Sitecore composable ecosystem and have hands-on experience designing AI-driven digital experience solutions using SitecoreAI, Agentic Studio, XM Cloud, Sitecore Search, CDP, Personalize, and Content Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise solutions using SitecoreAI, XM Cloud, Sitecore Search, CDP, Personalize, and Content Hub.
- Design AI-powered customer experiences using SitecoreAI and Agentic Studio.
- Lead architecture, discovery workshops, and enterprise integration design.
- Drive technical pre-sales, RFPs, estimations, solution demonstrations, and executive workshops.
- Lead architecture and delivery of complex global implementations.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Current Sitecore Technology MVP with at least 2–3 MVP awards.
- 10+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with SitecoreAI, Agentic Studio, XM Cloud, Sitecore Search, CDP, Personalize, and Content Hub.
- Strong understanding of composable architecture, headless CMS, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading enterprise implementations and distributed teams.
- Experience in technical pre-sales and complex solution delivery.
