Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
- Support talent development, and overall program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with LOB lead to deliver seamless HR solutions.
- Drive and improve employee engagement initiatives.
- Own end-to-end execution of engagement programs, surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
- Hands-on involvement in events, adapting to dynamic work requirement, readiness to travel, and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership beyond defined responsibilities to create meaningful people impact.
- Identify capability gaps and co-create learning roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and development interventions.
- Measure learning impact and continuously optimize programs.
- Serve as a strong communicator between leadership and employees
- Build trust-based relationships across teams and functions
- Facilitate conversations around performance, growth, feedback, and change
