Overview:

We are looking for a NYC-based, high energy, results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead C-suite focused mid-market enterprise sales. This position will report to Icreon's VP of Marketing.

As a Sales Representative, you will market Icreon’s digital innovation services to medium and large companies across different industries. We are seeking candidates with B2B sales experience, strong email copy skills, phone sales experience, and technical skills in automated email software such as SalesLoft and CRMs such as Salesforce. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and research skills are a must.  

A skilled Sales Representative will work with the marketing team to incorporate Icreon’s messaging into all sales emails, phone calls, and sales presentations/pitch decks. The Sales Representative will be joining the sales and marketing department in the NYC office at an exciting time. The department is expanding its team size, which will open growth opportunities for team members from within the company. The ideal candidate will enjoy being given direction and resources to succeed, while also suggesting improvements to the existing strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales leads from executives of mid-market companies and non-profit organizations 
  • OWN THE TOP OF FUNNEL! Work with the VP of Marketing to devise innovative growth hacks to acquire cold leads across networking events, email campaigns, cold phone calls, and other scrapy tactics.
  • Understand and effectively communicate Icreon's value proposition to prospective leads in a manner appropriate for the target audience of C-suite executives and nonprofit leaders 
  • Write, refine and update automated email sales campaigns 
  • Cold call prospective clients 
  • Manage thousands of contacts through Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools 
  • Help in the creative process of developing new sales and marketing materials to be used by you and other team members, in particular sales decks
  • Keep a record of all sales activity in Salesforce, and other marketing automation and analytics tools to provide data-driven feedback that improves the marketing funnel and its effectiveness  

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales 
  • Proven track record of leading top of funnel lead generation (hitting and beating targets) for enterprise sales 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality, driven at all times to meet and exceed goals 
  • Must have exceptional writing skills 
  • Excellent verbal communication 
  • Organizational skills, particularly in Salesforce and Salesloft 
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a drive to hit the ground running 
  • Understanding of the latest terms and terminologies within the digital / consulting space 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus. 
  • Excel skills are a plus.
