  • 1-2Years of experience with C# and .Net Framework development
  • 1+ Years of experience in Sitecore 9.x, 10 Preferred
  • Good understanding of Sitecore infrastructure 8.x design and components
  • Experience in troubleshooting and improving the performance of an application using various third-party solutions and integrations
  • Understanding of helix design principles
  • Should be able to create a technical design document
  • Experience working on a cloud computing platform (Azure)
  • Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Improvement and Continuous Deployment
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality code
  • Must be self-driven, result-oriented, and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining high standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot the existing application and provide root cause analysis
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their technical and consulting capabilities
  • Strong working experience in Agile software development methodologies
