Icreon is seeking an enthusiastic, consultative and motivated individual to join our New York based sales team. We are seeking a highly energetic driven professional with sound business acumen and strong technical aptitude. You will lead conversations to showcase Icreon’s capabilities, establish needs, recommend solutions and set meetings. The right person for this job will meet and crush monthly and annual appointment/opportunity goals, and has experience in software sales with modern technologies/platforms. Additionally, you will work side by side with sales management to constantly develop your skills and ensure you are always growing professionally and personally. Initial and ongoing training and call guides will be provided.


  • Drive targeted outbound sales campaigns that generate net new customer leads, nurture existing leads and identify upsell opportunities in existing accounts
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Qualify and follow up on leads generated by the marketing department
  • Establish, maintain and develop relationships with decision makers and business owners
  • Conduct account mapping, research and contact discovery for prospects and target accounts
  • Track lead, opportunity and account activity in HubSpot on a daily basis
  • Provide accurate updates and forecasts of lead progression/status.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities 


  • Strong desire to be in technology sales
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Outstanding follow up and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills, phone presence and high energy
  • Must be able to uncover opportunities in an aggressive market by identifying customer requirements and providing recommendations/solutions
  • Proficiency in selling end to end software solutions (ie: Sitecore, Tableau)
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM solutions
  • Excellent business writing, communication, phone and presentation skills


  • Minimum 2 year’s experience as an account executive or sales development rep
  • Consistent record of achieving sales quotas and goals
  • Four (4) year BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with different technologies and software/platforms (i.e Sitecore, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.)
