Job Description – Senior Optimizely Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Role: Senior Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Optimizely Developer who can independently own solution design and end-to-end development of modern digital experience platforms using Optimizely SaaS/PaaS and Next.js/React.
Key Responsibilities
Independently design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions on Optimizely SaaS CMS and PaaS CMS.
Own technical design, component architecture, development, and integration with enterprise systems.
Develop modern, responsive, and performant applications using Next.js and React.
Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and headless CMS capabilities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills
P1 – Must Have (Critical)
Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (SaaS/PaaS), including solution design, content modeling, and implementation.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and headless architecture.
Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and own development deliverables.
P2 – Good to Have
Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
P3 – Additional Advantage
Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Ideal Candidate
A self-driven, hands-on engineer with approximately 5+ years of relevant development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take complete technical ownership of Optimizely-based implementations with minimal supervision.
