Title: Business Analyst
Minimum 5+ years of business analysis and overall 10 + years experience in IT domain.
Ability to manage and contribute during all phases of requirements engineering process.
Understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and ability to propose solution.
Good understanding of business process (re) engineering and decomposition.
Analyze data to develop key insights on business trends and performance and develop ad-hoc analysis and reports based on specific insights and stakeholders input.
Exposures to Mid-market ERP, CRM, eCMS, accounting, work flow applications etc. Expertise in at least one of them is mandatory
Involved in at least one full cycle implementation
Good exposure to various SDLC methodologies like waterfall, agile etc. for application development.
Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast paced environment.
Develop RTM based on project charter/ feature list/scope document.
Prepare JAD session agenda and interview questionnaire
Evaluate requirements gathered from multiple sources and to write business requirement and functional specification document.
Document non-functional requirement like expected performance, critical process timeline, and usability, security need.
Review Critical Test Cases and provide feedback to QA team
Strong Requirements Scope Management
Maintain RTM throughout analysis
Manage client expectation for requirement scope
Collaborate with Project Manager for scope creep
Involved in Pre UAT to verify requirement scope before application handover to client for UAT
Conduct JAD sessions and interviews
Excellent communication skills should be a go-getter and a team player.
Organized communication and deliverables
Develop relationship with power users
Convince client to use collaboration tool
Identify training needs for adoption of application and work with PM to facilitate training.
